After accumulating a wealth of experience spanning 25 years in the realm of corporate strategy, international business development, investments, and project finance, Srinibash Dora has donned a new hat of an entrepreneur since June 2020. Prior to leading Valuepro, Srinibash was an integral part of the core decision-making team for close to two decades at ENOC, one of the region’s most respected oil companies. Whilst at the ENOC, Srinibash worked closely with the Group CEO, CFO, and the senior executive management team on several path-breaking projects and strategic assignments with a combined value of over US$ 35 billion.
Srinibash was bestowed with several key responsibilities at ENOC across the entire management process comprising strategy development, resource/ capital allocation, and strategy execution. He assumed several mission-critical roles as an effective interface between the senior management and operational teams to support effective strategy execution. Srinibash has a proven track record of creating a significant amount of value for the ENOC Group by supporting the creation of standalone profitable assets and JVs both in the domestic and international markets.
He has also effectively switched and essayed roles as a deep thinker and go getter and has lead managed multi-cultural, cross-functional project teams for driving and facilitating high quality transactions end-to-end comprising M&As, JVs, BOOT, concession, consolidated market entry, business integration and synergy projects across diverse geographies such as MENA, GCC, Africa, South East Asia, Indian Sub-continent, Europe, Far East among other geographies.
Srinibash also had a successful track record as a Portfolio Manager and In-house Financial advisor by lead managing detailed financial models and business valuation to support investment decision making, business restructuring/ divestments and to facilitate high profile non-recourse project financing transactions.
Another key skillset that Srinibash brings to the boardroom is his strong governance background with a successful track record of development and implementation of key policies, processes, and systems for new business development comprising project portfolio management framework and M&A strategy and governance to support value creation with effective risk mitigation.
Srinibash brings in the unique skillset of a strong finance background and experience with in-depth oil and gas industry knowledge namely refining, petrochemicals, terminalling, shipping, E&P, LPG, LNG, CNG, retail, aviation, lubricants, fertilisers, and renewable energy - solar power, bio fuel etc.
Prior to ENOC, he was associated with IDBI, one of the leading Indian financial institutions as Project Finance Manager for 5-1/2 years. He lead managed several high-profile project and corporate finance transactions, managing a Loan and Asset portfolio of US$ 1.3 billion and supported the execution of several investment banking mandates comprising business/financial restructuring, divestment and IPOs. During his tenure, he had the opportunity of working closely with global financial institutions and ECAs such as World Bank, IFC, IBRD, ADB, KFW, Euler Hermes which helped him to provide "one stop financial solution" to his clients. He started his career as an engineer at TATA Motors and was associated with them for close to 2 years.
Srinibash is a graduate in mechanical engineering from N.I.T. Rourkela (1991) and he completed his post graduate diploma in management (Finance) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar in 1995.

Professional Banker with 30 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Project Finance & Syndications, past 14 years in GCC and prior to that in India. In-depth understanding of Cross border financing, Asset & Structured Finance across the geographies of GCC/ SE Asia/ Indian Sub-continent.
Well versed with structuring financing proposals in diverse industries such as infrastructure projects (Roads, Oil & Gas, Power), Aviation & Shipping, Industrial (Sugar, Fertilizers, Steel, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Auto ancillaries, Dairy), Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, Retail and Construction (EPC and O&M contracts in Oil & Gas, infrastructure projects).
Alok Bhatla
Director - Strategic Research and Market Assessment
With over 15 years of experience in the research industry Alok brings a unique perspective to all client engagements through his extensive global exposure and insight. He has diversified research experience in the oil & gas sector primarily within the downstream segments including refined products, fuels, feedstock, chemicals and petrochemicals and end-use applications such as plastics, packaging, consumer goods and other segments.
Alok has experience of leading over 150 projects across more than 15 industry segments for regional and global companies including ENOC, Saudi Aramco, Sipchem and so on across strategic market assessments including devising a business strategy and market entry programs to enter or strengthen their presence into new geographies.
He has worked on several projects to assist clients in developing overall market entry strategy through covering various aspects including market sizing and opportunity assessment, competition and customer mapping, supply chain analysis and operations benchmarking. Based on this, recommended the clients on the most suitable and attractive market opportunities and GO-TO-MARKET strategy.
Sidharth Mazumdar
Director - Engineering and Project Management
A dynamic energy professional with 33 years of international experience which includes strong capability in planning and implementing successful project execution methodologies for Oil & Gas projects in India, UAE, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Mozambique, Morocco, Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore. Sidharth has strong organizational & personal skills of working for owners to add substantial value to both projects and organizations.
He has proven capability of supervising and assuring completion of all project stages on time, within budgets along with meeting quality and HSE requirements. Sidharth has a wealth of experience in construction large petroleum Storage terminals, Cross country pipelines, Jetties, Sub Sea Pipelines, Single Point Mooring, Low Refrigerated Butane and Propane Storage facilities, Lube Blending Plant.
He was also responsible for conducting due diligence, feasibility study for potential future projects within UAE, North Africa and Far East. Sidharth has strong Industry knowledge across the entire width of Oil & Gas and associated with Engineering and Project Management comprising Refinery, Storage Terminals, Pipelines, Lubricants, Aviation, LPG.
