End-to-end consulting across the Project management Life cycle
Valuepro can support companies in reviewing and updating their existing strategy which shall ensure the alignment of company's strategy with the organizational goals and objectives:
- Pre-design and planning : Project objective, scope, boundary and options etc.
- Preliminary feasibility study : Preliminary techno-commercial feasibility study comprising project configuration, market assessment, preliminary financial model, project financing strategy and overall implementation schedule
- Streamlining project governance framework comprising organisation structure, project charter, operating procedures and risk registers etc

- Advisory support for finalising the MOUs and Shareholder/JV agreements,
- Development of business plan, strategy and governance memorandum basis the above techno-commercial due diligence.
- Prequalification of competent EPC contractors, Evaluation and award of the EPC contract, and/or appointment of EPC contractor.
- Oversee the construction management in co-ordination with the EPC contractor.
Advisory support for Financial Closure
Valuepro can either act as a Financial Advisor or can effectively co-ordinate with other financial advisors appointed by the Project Sponsor/ Investors to support non-recourse project financing and/or financial closure.
- Establish effective business modeling strategy comprising a prudent transaction structure, establishment of project SPV to facilitate induction of Strategic Investors/JV partners and/or to facilitate non-recourse project financing.
- Develop a detailed and comprehensive financial model and information memorandum from equity Investors and term lenders perspective to support the financial closure (raising of equity and the arrangement of long-term debt).
- Advisory support for the of financial closure comprising financing related documentation, negotiation of interest rates etc.
Advisory support for Integrated Market Entry
